Swift and Sons, the new 8,000 square foot space is set to open summer of 2015 in Chicago’s bustling Meat Packing District in the new upcoming Google building. Chef Chris Pandel will be appointed culinary duties.

This is the second powerhouse move by Chris Pandel and the Team from The Bristol, joining forces with The Boka Restaurant Group (Balena being the first). Based on Pandel’s abilities and what he’s done with Balena, don’t be surprised if the meat-centric restaurant changes your entire perspective of the typical steakhouse.
