• 5:00–5:30 PM

  The first dinner seatings see less competition than the 7–8 PM rush.

• 9:45 PM and later

  Late seatings run until 11:30 PM and are often the last to disappear.

• Lunch, 11:30 AM–2 PM

  Lunch service is a lower-pressure way into the same dining room.

• Pick your date, then count back 30 days. That morning is your drop day.
• Be signed in to Resy with a saved card a few minutes before 10:00 AM ET.
• Expect peak Thursday–Saturday dinner slots to be gone in the first minute.
• List two or three acceptable times instead of one perfect time.
• Smaller parties (2) have the most inventory; parties of 4+ are rarer.

• We submit your request the instant reservations drop, so you don't need to be awake, free, or refreshing.
• Give us up to three preferred times plus flexibility, and we try them in order.
