Terms of Service

Effective July 16, 2026

Important: TableSnag does not guarantee that any reservation request will succeed. Credit purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by TableSnag.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and TableSnag (“TableSnag,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of our website, applications, booking request tools, credit system, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, connecting a third-party account, purchasing credits, submitting a request, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

2. What TableSnag does

TableSnag lets users create reservation preferences and authorizes our software to attempt to submit reservation requests through supported third-party reservation platforms when inventory may become available.

TableSnag is an independent service. We are not a restaurant, reservation inventory owner, ticket broker, or payment processor for restaurant charges. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Resy or any restaurant. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. No booking guarantee

We do not promise or guarantee that any request will result in a reservation. Availability and outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including restaurant inventory, timing, demand, network conditions, third-party platform availability and rules, account status, payment requirements, and changes made by restaurants or third-party services.

A reservation is not confirmed until the applicable third-party platform or restaurant issues a confirmation. Even after confirmation, the restaurant or third-party platform may modify or cancel it. You are responsible for reviewing the confirmation details and complying with all restaurant cancellation, deposit, no-show, arrival, and guest policies.

4. Credits, charges, and final sales

Credits are prepaid units that may be used only for eligible TableSnag services. Credits are not cash, are non-transferable, cannot be resold, and have no cash-redemption value except where applicable law requires otherwise. Promotional or bonus credits have no cash value.

Unless a different amount is clearly disclosed before you submit a request, TableSnag deducts 15 credits when our system records a successful reservation confirmation. An unsuccessful attempt does not incur that success fee. A later cancellation or modification by you, a restaurant, or a third-party platform does not reverse the fee because the requested booking service was completed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where TableSnag expressly agrees in writing to a discretionary refund. We do not provide refunds because a request was unsuccessful, you changed your plans, you did not use your credits, you entered incorrect preferences, a third-party account became unavailable, or a restaurant or third-party platform modified or canceled a reservation. Used credits are not refundable. If we approve a discretionary refund, it may be limited to unused purchased credits and returned to the original payment method. Promotional credits are not refundable.

Prices, credit bundle sizes, and the number of credits charged for future requests may change, but changes will not alter credits already deducted for completed services. You are responsible for reviewing the price and credit amount shown before purchase.

5. Your account and authorization

You must provide accurate information, keep your login and linked account credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

By connecting a reservation-platform account, you represent that you own or are authorized to use that account and authorize TableSnag to submit requests using the preferences you provide. You remain responsible for your relationship with the third-party platform and for complying with its terms and policies.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not:

  • resell, auction, transfer, or speculate in reservations;
  • use the Service to make deceptive, fraudulent, duplicate, or abusive requests;
  • evade limits, security controls, third-party restrictions, or account suspensions;
  • interfere with the Service or attempt to access systems or data without authorization;
  • use another person’s account or credentials without their express permission; or
  • use the Service in a way that violates a law, restaurant policy, or applicable third-party terms.

7. Restaurant and third-party charges

Restaurants and third-party platforms may impose deposits, cancellation fees, no-show fees, minimum spends, or other charges. Those charges are separate from TableSnag credits and are your responsibility. TableSnag does not control or refund those charges. Disputes concerning them must be addressed with the restaurant or relevant third-party platform.

8. Service availability and changes

We may add, remove, suspend, limit, or change features, supported platforms, request limits, prices, or availability at any time. The Service may experience delays, errors, maintenance, or interruptions. We may suspend or terminate an account to protect users, comply with law or third-party requirements, investigate suspected misuse, address payment disputes, or enforce these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” TableSnag disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant any reservation outcome or the conduct, availability, or performance of any restaurant or third-party service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TableSnag and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, travel expenses, restaurant charges, or the failure, modification, or cancellation of any reservation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid directly to TableSnag during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TableSnag and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms or applicable law, infringement of another person’s rights, unauthorized use of an account, or violation of a restaurant or third-party policy.

12. Payment disputes and chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we can investigate. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived. We may suspend access while a chargeback, fraud claim, or payment reversal is pending and may correct credit balances affected by a reversed payment.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for TableSnag or others, failed to pay amounts due, abused a third-party platform, or if continued operation is no longer commercially or legally practical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and give us 30 days to attempt an informal resolution. Any claim that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in New York, subject to any consumer rights that require a different forum.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes to the extent permitted by law.

16. General terms

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and TableSnag concerning the Service, except for any additional terms clearly presented to you for a specific feature or purchase.

17. Contact

Questions, complaints, and refund requests may be submitted through the support contact information published in the TableSnag application or on tablesnag.com.
