FAQ

Questions before you book

These are the operational details that matter: how bookings work, when payment happens, and what the service can and cannot guarantee.

What does TableSnag do?

TableSnag helps you queue reservation attempts for restaurants that release inventory on predictable drop schedules. You connect your Resy account, choose a restaurant, pick preferred times, and the app attempts the booking for you.

Does TableSnag guarantee a reservation?

No. Reservation inventory is controlled by the restaurant and Resy. TableSnag can only attempt the booking when inventory opens or when a live slot is available.

When am I charged?

You buy credits from the Credits page before requests run. Each successful reservation uses 15 credits, and larger bundles reduce the effective cost per booking.

Can I get a refund for credits?

Credit purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by TableSnag. Used credits cannot be refunded, and an unsuccessful request does not consume the 15-credit success fee.

Do you store my Resy password?

Sensitive account data is handled securely and stored in encrypted form only when needed to operate future booking attempts.

Can I cancel a booking request?

Yes. You can cancel a queued request before it runs from the dashboard or booking detail page.

What happens if my payment fails after a reservation is booked?

The app is designed to avoid that situation by requiring prepaid credits before a request can run. If a booked reservation cannot settle from your balance, new requests stay blocked until the credit issue is resolved.
